Treyarch seems to be hard at work, despite the negative press with the Infinity Ward fiasco happening right now surrounding Activision and the Call of Duty series in general. This new trailer was released just last night, featuring all sorts of high octane action sequences and highlighting some new weapons in this next instalment, Call of Duty: Black Ops.

There seems to be an abundance of variety in levels by the looks of the trailer. It seems the main characters will be jumping from sense jungles and guerrilla warfare, to mountaintop fights in frozen territory, taking out secret bases. Maybe a little James Bond style action will take place.

If this trailer does one thing, it shows that Treyarch may still have something up their sleeves for a Call of Duty title, even though they may not have had the best reputation for representing the series very well. Let's just hope it doesn't feel like a clone of the Infinity Ward games.
