Welcome to the GamingUnion.net liveblog for the E3 2010 Microsoft press conference. We'll be updating this post as the event unfolds, so be sure to check back for all the latest Xbox 360 and Xbox Kinect updates.

11:58am: The new Xbox 360 model is being shown off. 250 GB HD included as well as built-in WiFi. Same price as before, and they will be shipping them today, getting in stores later this week.

11:54am: Forza 3 is being shown off, which will support Kinect. Coming in 2011.

11:52am: A Star Wars Kinect game is being shown off. Coming in 2011.

11:50am: Kinect will be released this November in North America first, with other territories following.

11:48am: Dance Central will include a "Break it Down" mode to teach people how to dance.

11:44am: Dance Central is up next, coming this holiday, which is being developed by Harmonix.

11:38am: Ubisoft is showing off Your Shape Fitness Evolved.

11:36am: The Kinect Adventure photos can be uploaded automatically to Facebook.

11:34am: Kinect Adventure will include river rafting.

11:32am: Next up in Kinect Adventures, which seems to be avoiding obstacles. It can capture photos of you as you play.

11:30am: Kinect Joy Ride is being shown.

11:27am: Next up in Kinect Sports. It will be playable over Xbox Live.

11:26am: There will over 40 different animals and over 30 activities.

11:23am: Kinectimals is being shown off.

11:21am: ESPN on Xbox 360 will require a Xbox Live Gold account.

11:19am: ESPN on Xbox 360 will support Kinect.

11:17am: The hosts of ESPN SportsCenter are showing off ESPN on Xbox 360.

11:16am: ESPN will be available on Xbox Live. It will show sports events. It will be exclusive to the Xbox 360.

11:15am: The camera can follow your movements in Video Kinect. It will connect to Windows Live Messenger.

11:11am: Video Kinect for Kinect was just announced. It's video chatting on the Xbox 360.

11:09am: Kinect will be voice-controlled. They're showing off the ability to pause and stop movies and music.

11:07am: The Kinect menu is being shown off, which looks Wii-like.

11:05am: Kinect is being shown off on the show floor.

11:04am: Halo: Reach will include space combat.

10:58am: Halo: Reach is being shown by Bungie. The campaign mode is being premiered. Shipping this September.

10:57am: Some new Xbox 360 title from Crytek is being shown off, with the codename "Kingdoms".

10:54am: Fable 3 is being shown off on the show floor. Will ship on October 26th.

10:53am: Gears of War 3 will include a new "Beast" mode.

10:48am: Cliffy B. just walked on stage to show off Gears of War 3.

10:46am: Phil Spencer just walked on the stage.

10:42am: Hideo Kojima just walked on stage. He'll be having the producer show the first stage of Metal Gear Solid: Rising.

10:40am: Black Ops will be released on November 9th and the DLC will be first on Xbox 360 for the next three years (till 2012).

10:37am: Activision's showing off some of the gameplay for Call of Duty: Black Ops, including flying in a plane during one of the missions.

10:32am: The press conference has just started. They're starting off the event with a trailer for Call of Duty: Black Ops.

10:25am: Microsoft has just announced that the conference should start in about five minutes.

10:15am: The event was set to begin at 10:00am but Microsoft has yet to start.
