Ubisoft released their first quarter financial figures and while Splinter Cell: Conviction has been confirmed to have sold 1.9 million since its launch, Ubisoft also confirmed that Driver: San Francisco will be pushed back to the fourth quarter of their fiscal year, aka January to March 2011.

Driver was originally set for a November 2010 release and Ubisoft didn't give much of a detailed reason for the delay other than that it'll be facing a "competitive market" this holiday season. Seems like Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood will have to stand its own in November as Driver and Ghost Recon: Future Soldier are slated for 2011.

No solid date has been given other than the fourth quarter of the fiscal year.
