Nintendo Wii/DS Revenue Declines 40 Percent In UK

GAME, a leading UK video games retailer, has blamed Nintendo's consoles for its dips in revenue and sales this year. Specifically, both GAME and Gamestation saw declines of around 40 percent in the sales of Nintendo Wii and Nintendo DS consoles.

It seems as though the Nintendo 3DS is hitting at the perfect time for Nintendo then, although if the Nintendo Wii continues to decline Nintendo may not have an answer.

This is a stark contrast to the PS3 and Xbox 360, which saw gains of 17 and 16 percent respectively.
