Sony's PSPgo has not been the best of sellers and for good reason too. It was more expensive then the regular PSPs which seemed far more flexible in what it could and couldn't do. However, Sony's portable device has had one of its best weeks so far, at least in Japan.
The PSPgo usually sits at the very bottom of the hardwarelist, but since the price cut it has gone on to shift 3,031 units this week, just shy of the Nintendo DSi and topping both the Xbox 360 and the PlayStation 2 which sold 2,661 and 1,400 respectively.
As usual, the PSP is still ranks as the best seller, moving 38,874 units followed by the DSi LL and the PlayStation 3.
