Sony's new console codenamed "NGP" also gets a new user interface called "LiveArea", which we previously mentioned earlier. This new interface replaces the heavily grounded XMB, which is found on most Sony Devices. It is said to include PSN Contacts, Messaging, Trophies, browser and various applications.
The presence for LiveArea will change with every game that is loaded up which will include news and other content. But the addition of Trophies is certainly going to keep gamers happy - especially as Nintendo's 3DS won't support that feature.
Another additional feature will be "Near", where it will track your locations and over time, create a map of where you have been.
