PS3 users may yet catch a glimpse of Crysis 2 before its March 22 release. Speaking to PSU at EA's Swing into Spring event, executive producer Nathan Camarillo said with as much subtlety as killer litter that there might be a Crysis 2 demo on the PS3.
"We want as many people to play Crysis 2 as possible," said Camarillo. "I can't say anything too specific ... we haven't announced [the demo] yet."
Camarillo also noted that there are plans for DLC post-launch.
"You can imagine we will [support Crysis 2 with downloadable content]," he said. "It's a big game and there's a lot of fun to be had, so you can imagine we're doing some [DLC], but I can't say specifically what it is yet."
In addition, he added that players may try as hard as they might, but they won't find any "disparities" between the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of the game.
"People can try to find them (disparities), but they won't find anything," said Camarillo. "They both run great, they both play great whether you're playing single-player or multiplayer "” they're identical offerings. The quality is outstanding on both of them; there's really no difference."
Crysis 2 hits stores on March 22 in North America and March 25 in Europe on PC, PS3 and Xbox 360.
