Namco Bandai have announced that their merge with Namco Networks is now complete. The merge was revealed earlier last year as an attempt to appeal to a larger audience as well as bring Namco Bandai's titles to various mobile platforms.

"Having the two companies join forces has proven to be the best decision for us to create games that appeal to both the casual and hardcore gamer," said CEO and president of Namco Bandai America.

"Playing is Believing and we are working hard to bring some of our existing and new IPs across many devices"”the Brain series is a perfect example."

A teaser site had been opened in the last week with daily updates of distorted images of Namco Bandai IP, including Tales, Pac-man, Tekken and the such. Earlier this week, we also saw a tease of Project Dark - now renamed Dark Souls, a "dark fantasy" game developed by From Software. Moreover, Namco Bandai have announced that they'll be localizing From Software's Armored Core 5 as well!

We'll find out more soon as Namco Bandai is rumoured to have something big planned for tomorrow.
