Despite launching alongside the Nintendo 3DS, Crysis 2 has gone straight into the top of the UK video game sales charts, which are compiled by Chart Track.

Homefront and Pokémon Black/White were actually the only recent releases to retain a place in the Top 10, as there were a ton of new releases this week - including LEGO Star Wars III: The Clone Wars, which debuted in second.

The biggest selling 3DS exclusive was Super Street Fighter IV: 3D Edition, which appeared in 4th, just below Homefront. Pilotwings Resort and Rayman 3D also appeared in the Top 10 though, with The Sims Medieval being the other new entry to chart in the Top 10.

Elsewhere, Dragon Age II sank considerably, and Bulletstorm dropped out the Top 20 entirely. Killzone 3 and Top Spin 4 were hanging on though, holding 16th and 19th positions respectively.
