The court case between Jason West and Vince Zampella and Activision has taken a new twist, as the pair has added a new charge against Activision - fraud.

The initial lawsuit was filed in March 2010 by the ex-Infinity Ward duo, alleging that Activision owed them $36m in damages. However, Activision entered into a "memorandum of understanding" with the duo, to try and help secure the deal with Vivendi. It would allow them creative freedom for the franchise and detailed the bonus plan they were entitled to.

The duo were then apprehensive, as the agreement would be void if they were fired, and they were assured that wouldn't be the case - then they were.

You can find a lot more information about the case over at Gamespot, where the additions to the lawsuit were uncovered.
