MTV have announced the incoming arrival of a new Deadliest Warrior game this Summer! Deadliest Warrior: Legends will retail under the umbrella of MTV's newly established games label, 345 Games, this July through both PlayStation Network and Xbox Live Arcade.

Developed by Pipeworks Software, the sequel to the 2010 beat 'em up game will feature plenty of new characters, about twice that of the original's roster, including new faces like William Wallace and Shaka Zulu. New fighting styles, projectiles, arenas and even a new campaign mode are being made for the new game.

Deadliest Warrior is based off a TV program with the exact same name that pits history's greatest warriors against each other to see who comes out on top.
