Section 8: Prejudice has a release date, but only for two of its three platforms. It will be arriving first on Xbox Live Marketplace, followed by PC and then PS3 at some point in the future.
The original Section 8 had a full retail release, and despite there being a working PS3 version, TimeGate Studios never actually released the game for PS3. With Prejudice, they've gone fully downloadable and the game will carry a $15 price tag in North America.
The Xbox Live Arcade version will arrive on the 20th of April, while PC gamers will have to wait until the 4th of May. The PSN release is simply stated as "Summer 2011".
