The PlayStation Network has been down for far more than many anticipated, and due to the rather abrupt nature of the entire affair, there are companies who feel a bit aggrieved.
Open Emotion were supposed to launch their newest title on PSN during the last update, which obviously didn't happen. They've now missed their scheduled release window, but Sony has offered to help them out once PSN comes back online.
"Sony will be helping us retain key focus [prominent placement on the PSN Store] for an extra few weeks as they understand how something like this can affect a small dev studio like ours," the studio said.
When the PlayStation Network comes back up, Sony will be looking to put this affair behind them as soon as possible.
