Employees over at Eden Games have gone on strike in protest to recent lay-offs at the studio which were handed down from their publisher, Atari.
Atari told Eden that 50 of their 80-man workforce needed to be let go following the release of Test Drive Unlimited 2, but Eden are protesting because they believe the number is only so high due to Atari's mismanagement.
They went on to say that Atari are only laying off so many people at Eden so that bigwigs at Atari can still "get rich despite financial difficulties" - financial difficulties which Atari created themselves, not Eden. Eden even call out Atari's CEO, who they claim has never even introduced himself to the company.
It sounds like a relationship that's gone rather sour.
