Although there's no official confirmation yet, it appears as though Final Fantasy Type-0 director Hajima Tabata has confirmed that an international version of the title is in the works.
According to a translation of the interview which Tabata conducted for the Type-0 Ultimania Guide, he discussed how the team is already working on developing the international version of the game as well as the future titles in the Type-0 series. He referred to the next title as Type-1 and stated that he would wish for this title to be a direct sequel to Type-0 involving the same world and characters. Tabata also stated that the future of the Type-0 series will heavily depend on the fans purchasing the title.
So basically, if you want more Type-0, you have to make sure you purchase the title. Tabata did not give any time frame for the International version's release, but it will more than likely be on the PSP.
