Electronic Arts and Klei Entertainment have announced a follow-up to their 2010 indie game Shank, which released on the PlayStation Network and Xbox Live Arcade.
Shank 2 will put players back in the shoes of Shank an ex-mobster, but this time around he'll be able to use new weapons and some advanced combo techniques. In other words, there will be even more ways to butcher your enemies.
Aside from these new additions, Shank 2 will also feature a co-operative mode, which can he played both locally and online. It's been dubbed Survival Mode and will effectively be a "waves" mode, where as you can probably guess, you attempt to last as long as you possibly can.
Shank 2 will also be releasing on the Xbox Live Arcade and PlayStation Network. It's due for release on the 8th of February on both platforms.
