Mojang, the team behind the indie favorite Minecraft, has just released update 1.1 for the game. This is very first patch to be released since the full version of the game went live late last year.
Improvements to the game includes new language translations, sheep having the ability to grow back wool by eating grass, adding mob spawn eggs to creative mode and various big fixes. It's good to see the team at Mojang hasn't rested on their laurels.
While there is still no news on an update for the pocket version of the game, make sure to read the retrospective that our Community Manager wrote up. It talks about the life of Minecraft, from concept to where we are now.
