Rockstar have noted that they aren't quite done with detective flick L.A. Noire, despite developer Team Bondi closing its doors post launch. The publisher doesn't have anything planned yet, but aren't ruling out the possibility of another game in the brand new franchise.

Rockstar said in a brief Ask & Answered feature on Max Payne 3 that they are currently spread across the aforementioned title, as well as Grand Theft Auto V, but won't say no to another L.A. Noire.

"We're all very pleased with how that game turned out and are considering what the future may hold for L.A. Noire as a series," explained Rockstar. "We don't always rush to make sequels, but that does not mean we won't get to them eventually "“ see Max and Red Dead for evidence of that "“ we have so many games we want to make and the issue is always one of bandwidth and timing."

Fans anticipating Grand Theft Auto V will be pleased to know that Rockstar will be releasing more information on the game in a few months time.
