The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings is coming out for the Xbox 360 in little over a month and developer CD Projekt Red have announced that the Dark edition of the highly anticipated role-playing title is already selling out all over Europe.
The only remaining country left with any stock of the Dark Edition is Poland. CD Projekt Red were careful to prepare a larger stock for fans from their homeland.
"We are really pleased, that the Dark Edition was so well received by gamers. We're half way from the beginning of the pre-orders to the premiere and already European gamers bought all of the Dark Edition copies," said CD Projekt Red board member Michał Nowakowski.
"You can still buy the Enhanced Edition of the game, which is more than a standard edition of an Xbox game containing the game, official soundtrack, quest handbook and world map."
The Dark Edition goes beyond that, including an exclusive art book, a making-of DVD, a wolf-head Witcher medallion, and three stickers packed into a box set with a 3D wolf head print relief.
The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings is out April 17 on Xbox 360. In the meantime, be sure to check out why we're psyched for the game's release on 360.
