A number of Witcher related announcements were made earlier today as the CD Projekt RED Group wrapped up their Spring 2012 conference. Included were details regarding an iOS comic, the Mac release of The Witcher: Enhanced Edition, and plenty of The Witcher 2 goodies.

Details are as follows. CD Projekt RED formally announced an iOS comic based in The Witcher universe. The comic will see Geralt come face to face with a menacing werecat, one that may outmatch him. It comes complete with motion graphics, sounds, and interactive elements and will be available on iOS platforms April 17.

The Witcher: Enhanced Edition will be coming to Macs via Steam as well. In fact, it should already be available. All PC users that bought the game through Steam will receive the Mac version for free. The game is available for $9.99/7.99 Euro.

CDP RED have also launched a "write your own review" program, where the group will be giving away a thousand copies of The Witcher 2: Enhanced Edition for the Xbox 360. If you think your review is unique enough, you can fill out a form at thewitcher.com/review and the company will be in touch.

In addition, all owners of the game will be given access to a back-up copy via GOG.com, regardless of where or when you made the purchase. Regarding the Enhanced Edition patch for PC, users can start downloading the patch starting April 11. The patch won't be active until April 17, however.

The Witcher 2: Enhanced Edition for the Xbox 360 will release on April 17.
