EA Dice, the developers of the recently announced Battlefield 4, have revealed that the game won't feature any kind of co-operative mode.
Speaking in an interview with IGN Benelux, DICE's General Manager Karl Magnus Troedsson said that the team has decided to "focus on the development of new single player and multiplayer modes."
The news comes as no great surprise considering Battlefield 3 included a co-operative mode that wasn't well received by the general public.
Battlefield 4 was unveiled to the world earlier this week as DICE took to the stage at this year's GDC to show off a 17 minute gameplay demonstration. They also announced that the game is in development for the PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, next generation Xbox and PC.
