After being outed by the Australian Classification board, Tekken Revolution was confirmed as a exclusive free-to-play for PS3, and will be released on PSN on June 11(tomorrow).
Tekken Revolution will allow players to fight against the AI in Arcade Mode and human opponents in online ranked matches. For the first time in the series, characters can be upgraded, with attributes such as Strength, Endurance, and Vigor now able be improved. Namco Bandai confirmed that the game will also feature new Special Arts and Critical Arts moves.
So far, eight characters are confirmed to be in the game: King, Paul, Lili, Marshall Law, Asuka, Steve, Alisa and Lars. Despite being near to it's launch, no information was revealed about how microtransactions will affect the free-to-play title.
