During Sony's conference that took place today, SEGA officially confirmed Phantasy Star Nova, a new entry in Phantasy Star series. The game is being developed by Tri-Ace and will be released exclusively on the PS Vita.
Details about Phantasy Star Nova are scarce at the moment, but we know that it will take place in the universe of Phantasy Star Online 2, however, the game will focus more on the offline component. Despite this, it's been confirmed that the game will allow up to four players to participate in cooperative missions online.
Phantasy Star Nova is set release in 2014 in Japan. Sega has yet to confirm if the game will be released in the West.
