A demo version of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle, a fighting game based on the manga series created by Hirohiko Araki, will be releasing tomorrow on the North American PSN store.
What you will be able to do in the demo has yet to be determined but they will probably be the same additions in the Japanese demo, which was released in the middle of last year.
JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: All Star Battle includes several characters from the series. The gameplay experience is pretty typical for a fighting game, with players having the ability to perform light, medium, and heavy attacks and dodge the opponent's attacks with dedicated buttons. It can be compared to Street Fighter IV but with a slower frame rate. Using a special style button allowed the team at Namco Bandai to expand the gameplay experience, and each character has the ability to use additional moves. These styles fall into six main categories: Hamon, Vampirism, Mode, Stand, Mounted, and Baoh's Armed Phenomenon. Each style grants the character a unique ability.
JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: All Star Battle will launch on April 25th in UK and Europe and on April 29th in North America exclusively on PS3. The localized versions of the game will feature some name changes due to copyright issues. However, Bandai Namco has stated that they want to offer a game that's as close as possible to the original Japanese release, leaving the Japanese voice acting in and much more.
