With Sniper Elite 3 only a few months away, publisher 505 Games has launched the third development diary from the guys at Rebellion.
The initial focus on the dev diary is to talk about the vehicle takedowns. In previous games we have seen takedowns on normal targets, where you would see an x-ray version of them and the impact caused by bullets. This will now apply to vehicles, offering a slow-motion of the destruction.
To help with this, the developers took a tour of Bovington Tank Museum. This meant they could get an up-close look at how the tanks work, enabling them to apply even more tank destruction capabilities.
Sniper Elite 3 is due to release on the PS4, Xbox One, PS3, Xbox 360 and PC on the 27th of June in Europe. It will be released on the 1st of July in North America.
