EA has announced that Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare will be released on the 24th of June in North America, and on the 27th of June in Europe. The game was released for Xbox 360 and Xbox One in February, and has since then been updated with free addtitional content.

The PC version of the title will include all the content released so far for Xbox 360 and Xbox One, which includes the Garden Variety Pack and Zomboss Down. The title will be available at retailers and at EA's digital store Origin. Players will have the option to pre-order the Origin Digital Deluxe Edition, which will include two booster packs, in-game coins and an exclusive character customisation pack.

"We've had an amazing response from players since launching the Xbox platforms, and can't wait for PC players to join the party this summer. The PC version has all the great content that we have put out since launch like Garden Variety and Zomboss Down for players to enjoy from the start," said Brian Lindley, the game's producer.
