A very large and well known retailers, Best Buy, has received too many pre-orders for the Limited Edition of the upcoming MMO Shooter, Destiny. However, Best Buy has taken measures to repay gamers by literally giving copies of Destiny to customers for almost free.

For those who are unable to pre-order the Limited Edition of Destiny, Best Buy will offer customers $50 of in-store credit towards the purchase either the Standard Edtion or the Digital Guardian Edition of Destiny.

Best Buy isn't the only retailer having a difficult time with pre-orders. Several weeks ago, Walmart found themselves having to cancel pre-orders for the Ghost Edition of Destiny. Sadly, Walmart only gave customers the option of pre-ordering a different version of Destiny or cancelling their pre-order altogether.

Destiny will launch on September 9th on the PS3, Xbox 360, PS4, and Xbox One.
