Flappy Bird Is Back, And With Multiplayer

By Mike Sousa on August 3, 2014, 9:21PM EDT

Back in May, Flappy Bird's creator Dong Nguyen promised that Flappy Bird would return this August, following its removal from the market by Nguyen due to the fact it had "become an addictive product." Nguyen has kept his promise, and Flappy Bird is now available on Amazon Appstore for Android.

This time around the game will not only feature a single-player mode, but also multiplayer up to 2 players. The single-player mode also features some slight changes, including more obstacles, which will make the game a bit more challenging.

"Flappy Birds now are on Amazon Fire TV with incredible new features: Person vs Person mode, more obstacles, more fun and still very hard. playing the game at home (not breaking your TV) with your family and friends," says the game's description on Amazon.
