A remastered version of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas seems to be in development for Xbox 360 and PS3, according to an achievement list that was posted on XboxAchievements. Strangely enough, the PS2 and Xbox versions of the game were also removed from their respective digital marketplaces.
The list consists of 33 achievements and they are only listed for the Xbox 360. This means that the remaster won't most likely come to Xbox One (and PS4), and considering the fact that the original PS2 was removed from PlayStation Store, this indicates that it will also come to PS3.
"No official announcement, no word on release date, price, or if it will come to retail or just be digital. Literally nothing but the achievements have shown up on Microsoft's end. Watch our news space for info as we get it," said XboxAchievements.
Although Rockstar has yet to officially announce the game, it's important to notice that the game's tenth anniversary is right around the corner, so we can surely expect the announcement soon.
