After a number of delays, Atlus have announced that Shin Megami Tensei IV has been cleared for an European release later this month.
The story of Shin Megami Tensei IV revolves around the Samurai, the sacred protectors of the Eastern Kingdom of Mikado. As a newly appointed Samurai, players will struggle with factions that have nefarious designs on the world as they defend their home kingdom from a growing army of demons. Decisions players make throughout the course of the story will have lasting repercussions, as the fate of the world hangs in the balance.
The exact date, though, you may ask? Atlus has the game set for a digital-only release on October 30th in Europe, Australia, the Middle East, Africa and New Zealand for €19.99/£17.99 exclusively on the Nintendo eShop. Atlus has also confirmed that the DLC released in North America and Japan will be released in the European territories listed above.
