In a recent interview with Famitsu at the Taipei Game Show, Metal Gear Solid creator Hideo Kojima said that he would like to see a Metal Gear Solid remake showing up on the current generation of consoles. This follows the release of the Snake DLC for Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes for the PlayStation 4.

When asked about taking on the project himself, he replied with not having time to work on the project, as he is currently invested in working on the new Metal Gear Solid title, The Phantom Pain. He went on to continue that he would like to play an open world version of Shadow Moses.

What do you think? Would you like to see a remake of the PlayStation classic show up on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One or the Wii U? Let us know what you think in the comment section below.
