Almost all of Atlus's releases in North America tend to include a first-run print bonus, and their upcoming game Dungeon Travelers 2: The Royal Library & the Monster Seal is no exception as the publisher has announce what launch buyers will get alongside the physical version.
Dungeon Travelers 2: The Royal Library & the Monster Seal is a dungeon RPG that utilizes a first-person viewpoint when inside the dungeons, alongside hand-drawn static cutscenes during the story portions of the game. For stat nerds, there's an insane amount of min-maxing possible and each of the female character have both a base class and can be specialized into one of several sub-classes. And for those who prefer the original Japanese voiceovers, the game will be Japanese-voices only with an English text localization.
All pre-order copies and an limited quantity of the launch editions of the game will come with a "The Ladies of Dungeon Travelers 2 2015-2016 Calendar", which includes 17 months filled with hand-drawn artwork of the game's female warriors. And for those wondering due to the game's M rating in North America, Atlus has noted that the calendar is rated M as well.
Dungeon Travelers 2: The Royal Library & the Monster Seal will be released later this summer in North America for $39.99 both physically and digitally via the PlayStation Store. For those in Europe, NIS America will be taking over publishing duties in that territory and will release the game later this Fall in that territory.
