Sony and Naughty Dog have released new gameplay footage and screenshots of Uncharted 4: A Thief's End. These showcase the game's chapter 10, which will take players to Madagascar and let's them explore the level in a jeep.
In this chapter, Nathan Drake will be accompanied by Sully and Sam, as they search for outposts where legendary pirate Henry Avery may have hidden his treasure. Unlike previous Uncharted games, A Thief's End isn't plain linear, with Naughty Dog describing it as a "wide linear" game. This footage shows precisely that, as players can leave the 4x4 at any time to investigate ruins or search for collectible treasures scattered throughout the sprawling landscape. This allows for more freewheeling navigation without sacrificing the narrative-driven pacing the series is known for.
Uncharted 4: A Thief's End releases worldwide on the 10th of May.
