Atlus is bringing Shin Megami Tensei IV: Apocalypse over to North America this summer, and for those who remember back when the original SMT IV came out you may remember there was a special launch day/pre-order bonus available for that game. Atlus is doing that again for this version, with a special metal emblem set just for early buyers of the game.
Overlapping the story of the original SMTIV, the upcoming game focuses on a Hunter cadet protagonist who gets killed by one of the demons treating post-apocalyptic Tokyo as their personal playground. However, the mysterious god Dagda resurrects the protagonist in exchange for his fealty, and sets him on a perilous path that treads a fine line between peace and anarchy. Is Dagda simply an opportunistic lesser god or is he part of something much bigger?
In line with the game's and series's theme of the paths of Peace and Anarchy, the game will come with a special metal emblem set that literally has the emblems of those paths on them. The pins themselves are metal and are about .75" in diameter each, with a high shine finish. All pre-orders and initial launch copies of the game while supplies last will include them.
Shin Megami Tensei IV: Apocalypse will be available in North America later this summer both physical and digitally for $49.99/CA$64.99.
