The Legend Of Zelda: Breath Of The Wild Is A Switch Launch Title

Nintendo has announced The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is a Nintendo Switch launch title. This means that the game will release on Switch and Wii U on the 3rd of March worldwide.

Along with the release date announcement, Nintendo also showcased a brand new trailer for the game that shows off stunning environments and the Master Sword. Nintendo has yet to reveal if there's any difference between the Switch and Wii U versions, but we do know that on Switch the game will run at 900p on TV mode and 720p in handheld mode.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild will be available in three different editions: standard, special and master edition. The Master Edition will be available for $129.99/£89.99/€129.99 and includes a Switch case, Master Sword statue, soundtrack, coin, map, and a copy of the game. The Special Edition, which will be priced at $99.99/£59.99/€99.99, comes with everything listed above, except for the statue.
