Martian Manhunter Revealed As Next Injustice DLC

Martian Manhunter Revealed As Next Injustice DLC It was quietly assumed that NetherRealm Studios was done with introducing any more DLC characters for Injustice: Gods Among Us. Afterall, Mortal Kombat stopped at four characters and the pricing of the Injustice Season Pass was only to accommodate for four.

However, at this year's Evo, NetherRealm Studios announced the upcoming release of Martian Manhunter, who originally was teased at the end of the Scorpion DLC trailer, but believed to have been a ruse due to General Zod's subsequent release.

In addition, the Jon Stewart Green Lantern skin will also become available. As of now, a release date has yet to be announced.

As much as the addition of another character (one that fans actually want) is a hot topic, it brings to light a number of questions. Does this mean we can expect NRS to release more DLC characters for Injustice in the future?

If so, how many can we expect? Are we expected to continue paying for these extras even after a number of us have already shelled out for the season pass? Does this mean that Ed Boon might act out on another incessant need to bring over an MK character? And when a complete edition is inevitable, why bother?
