Bizarre's background is in the racing genre, not the third-person shooter genre, after all. However, I've always been saying that developers shouldn't just stick to one genre and I'm glad that Bizarre are branching out. 4  Zombie Mode Returns In Call Of Duty: Black Ops Fri, Aug 13th, 2010, 2:15 pm (EST) BY COLIN Activision recently detailed the Hardened and Prestige editions of Call of Duty: Black Ops, revealing four exclusive maps in addition to other goodies. 1  Call of Duty: Black Ops Hardened And Prestige Editions Up For Preorder Thu, Aug 12th, 2010, 2:47 pm (EST) BY COLIN The Hardened and Prestige Editions for Activision's Call of Duty: Black Ops game is out and about, ready for those diehard military gear fanatics to start hitting those preorder buttons. Much like Modern Warfare 2's collectors bundles, Black Ops' own bundles come packed with a bunch of goodies, except instead of night vision devices this time around, Activision's packing in the surveillance R/C car of explosive doom as seen in the multiplayer trailer released a couple of days ago - minus the explosive doom, of course. 0  Modern Warfare 2 DLC Generates Serious Revenue Sat, Aug 7th, 2010, 10:20 pm (EST) BY DARRYL According to Activision's Q2 2010 earnings call, the Modern Warfare 2 Stimulus Package on PS3 and the Resurgence map pack on Xbox 360 were sold more than five million times combined between April and June. These figures mean that the map packs rank in the top five retail titles for the US and Europe in 2010. "For the first half of the year, Call of Duty map packs have generated enough revenue to rank among the top five retail releases in the US and Europe thus far in 2010," stated Thomas Tippl, the COO of Activision.
