The latest development is the lawsuit filed today by Jason West and Vince Zampella against Activision. In a statement released by their legal team, O'Melveny & Myers LLP, West and Zampella are suing for compensation from the sales of Modern Warfare 2, and the right to control "Modern Warfare-branded games." As with the original, the story takes place in multiple locations all over the world and the player assumes the role of multiple soldiers from different factions. The game also features three separate modes to play through.
