Formula 1 is one of the hottest properties in sports at the moment, especially in the United Kingdom, with the last two seasons resulting in British champions. However, there hasn't been a Formula 1 game for a few years, as it last appeared exclusively on the PlayStation 3 and was developed by SCE Studio Liverpool. The licence has now been acquired by Codemasters, and Sumo Digital have been tasked with creating F1 2009 for the Nintendo Wii. More »

It's been quite a while since gamers had a chance to get their teeth into an up to date Formula One title, with the last licenced game, Formula One Championship Edition, appearing on the PlayStation 3 back in 2007. This, of course, was a time when Lewis Hamilton hadn't even burst onto the scene and when Jensen Button was still a perennial under-achiever. Now it's 2009, and things are very different. F1 2009 Release Dates Announced

The new official Formula 1 game F1 2009 has been recently had its release dates revealed by Codemasters. The game will available in Europe on the 19th of November, 2009. North America will be able to get their hands on the game 2 days prior to this on the 17th of November. More »
