Update: Former Infinity Ward Heads Sue Activision

The ugly split between the former heads of Infinity Ward and Activision continues to send shock waves throughout the industry. The latest development is the lawsuit filed today by Jason West and Vince Zampella against Activision. In a statement released by their legal team, O'Melveny & Myers LLP, West and Zampella are suing for compensation from the sales of Modern Warfare 2, and the right to control "Modern Warfare-branded games." Fallout 3: Broken Steel In-Depth Analysis

Bethesda recently released Fallout 3 screenshots detailing some of the new content found in the upcoming expansion, Broken Steel. Aside from raising the level cap and changing the main story's ending, along with eliminating any and all endings, there will also be some new weapons, enemies (Or allies?) and a new locale. The story will continue after the current ending to the game, depending on the final choice the player has made at Project Purity. The expansion details the fall of the Enclave in the Capital Wasteland, where the player teams up with The Brotherhood of Steel in order to deal the final blows to the former government.

During their London showcase, Bethesda announced that they're looking to release a brand new game in the Fallout universe. It's going to be called Fallout: New Vegas and according to Pete Hines, the Vice President of Bethesda Softworks, it is not going to be a direct sequel to the critically acclaimed Fallout 3 that came out in 2008.
