0  New Final Fantasy XIV Trailer Released Wed, Mar 31st, 2010, 5:47 pm (EST) BY JORDAN DOUGLAS Square Enix, makers of the Final Fantasy series, have released a new trailer for their upcoming massively multiplayer online role playing game (MMORPG) Final Fantasy XIV. The spiritual successor to Final Fantasy XI was announced at last year's E3 for PlayStation 3 and PC. The trailer, Life in Eorzea #1, shows the everyday chores and recreational activities - such as cooking meals, dancing, or going for a walk - that Square hopes will immerse players in the world. While the game has already been out for some time in Korea, it's not scheduled for a western release until around September, 2009. The game involves the player making their own superhero (or supervillain) and unleashing them upon Metropolis and Gotham City.
