Activision Claims Key Modern Warfare 3 Domain
Activision has won a major reputation battle as they've claimed ownership of www.modernwarfare3.com, a domain which had been acquired by someone who was anti-Modern Warfare.
The previous owner of the website was actively promoting Battlefield 3, while also posting up humorous videos in which famous scenes were over-dubbed with anti-Modern Warfare speech.
Despite this victory, www.modernwarfare4.com, a website for a game that doesn't exist yet, is also owned by people of a similar nature. They're finding the whole thing rather comical.
