Activision Want Black Ops To Surpass Modern Warfare 2
Activision strongly believe that their upcoming shooter Call of Duty: Black Ops, can surpass last year's Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 in sales.
"We've a fantastic game and a fantastic marketing campaign so our ambition is to set another record like we did with Modern Warfare 2," said Michaël Sportouch, Activision's GM for Europe.
They're planning on airing a 60-second trailer during England's match against Bulgaria tomorrow and that's just the beginning.
Can Black Ops outsell Modern Warfare 2? Who knows, it's going to be close though.
