Alan Wake Developers Ready To Make Sequel
Alan Wake hasn't even hit store shelves yet, but there is already talk of a potential sequel. Oskari Hakkinen, head of franchise development at Remedy, has revealed that the studio already has a narrative for Alan Wake 2 ready, if Microsoft decides to go ahead with a sequel. It has been revealed that Alan Wake will only get a sequel if certain sales targets are met.
“We do know where season two is going to go,” Hakkinen told CVG. “Season one will have a conclusive and satisfactory ending but we will leave doors open for season two and we know where we’re going to take the story.”
Alan Wake is scheduled for a May 14th release in Europe, followed by North America on the 18th.
