Alan Wake Finally Goes Gold, Release Date Moves Forward
After six years, Remedy Entertainment's psychological thriller, Alan Wake, has finally gone gold and to make the news even sweeter, the European release date has also been bumped forward a week.
The game, which many believed for a while had actually been cancelled, saw a resurgence during Microsoft's E3 press conference last year and Remedy have spent the last year polishing the game ready for its impending release.
It's going to be available exclusively on the Xbox 360 and now has a release date of the 14th of May in Europe. The North American release date remains unchanged and it'll be surfacing on the 18th of May in that region.
