APB Not Cancelled For Xbox 360, Just Low Priority Right Now

Posted on 2009/08/22 by Darryl

After the Edinburgh Interactive Festival last week, speculation was rife that All Points Bulletin (APB) on the Xbox 360 may have been cancelled. However, when speaking at GamesCom, Realtime Worlds, the developers of APB, offered a slightly different response.

When asked directly about APB being cancelled on the Xbox 360, Chris Dye, the Community Relations Manager for Realtime Worlds, said that,

APB will be out on the PC first, Q1 2010. Once we've got that launched, we will be looking at console versions. Everything is still open to us, we just haven't committed to anything.

So essentially, the PC version is a high priority for them right now, and once that's complete they will look towards the Xbox 360 version.
