Apparently: Minecraft Has 20 Million Users
Minecraft now has 20 million registered users. Assuming these 20 million users dig, build and hunt Creepers on a monthly basis, that's more than World of Warcraft, which now boasts approximately 12 million monthly subscribers.
Markus "Notch" Persson tweeted the news only recently, adding that if each individual user weighed about 70 kilograms, it adds up to 25 percent of what the Great Pyramid of Giza weighs. What a fun little fact.
