Apple Has $76.4bn In Its Financial Reserves
It's been revealed that technology firm Apple, has $76.4bn sitting in reserve. This means they have more reserve than even the US government, who have $73.7bn.
Rumours have been buzzing around the last few years about Apple wanting to make a proper leap into the video games industry, with a full console. There were even rumours which suggested they would be interested in buying out Sony.
However, for now, Apple seems content to impact the video games industry through its mobile platforms, the iPod, iPhone and iPad. Things can change very quickly though, as Microsoft showed when it introduced the Xbox.
