Assassin's Creed 2 Reveals: Altair's Arm?

Promotion has finally started for the long awaited sequel to Assassin's Creed, as Ubisoft have launched the Official Website for Assassin's Creed 2. It doesn't really give much away, but there is a 40 second trailer that may hold some secrets about the game.

The teaser trailer shows some historial drawings, and highlights the famed "Hidden Blade", which Altair used to great effect in the original title. The ending also shows a different version of the famous Leonardo da Vinci drawing.



However, when the video is finished, a PDF file is offered and it displays a symbol. This symbol can be used to unlock what appears to be an image of Altair's Arm, and the Hidden Blade. There may be a lot more to the image than first appears, but other than disclosing a hint as to the time period (via his clothes) and the users having a full set of fingers on his hand... we aren't entirely sure what else it shows.

It also looks like there will be further such revelations to come, as this was only the first artifact symbol released (M.Frag Partition EFBUI), and there is room for another four, according to the website.
