Assassin's Creed: Bloodlines Freezing At Launch
For those anticipating Assassin's Creed: Bloodlines for the PSP, joy was temporarily shot down when the PSN download version of the title simply didn't work when played. The game that continues Altair's adventures would launch fine, but when the initial load would begin, the game would simply freeze.
Joystiq dug up a number of forum complaints noting the faulty version of the game, with one gamer even recorded the game freezing with a camcorder.
The faulty download was traced back to the European PlayStation Store, which had removed the game periodically. A quick check of both North American and European shows that the game is available once again, and is likely a functioning version of the game, however the latter hasn't yet been confirmed.
