Battlefield 3 DLC Gets PSN Release Date
Thanks to Sony's one week exclusive deal, PlayStation 3 owners will get an early start on Battlefield 3's Back to Karkand downloadable content.
This pack includes four classic Battlefield 2 maps; Strike at Karkand, Wake Island, Gulf of Oman, and the Sharqi Peninsula. All of these have been remastered with the Frostbite 2 engine complete with Battlefield 2 weapons and vehicles. Along with these, new trophies will be added.
For those of you in the US, expect to see this content up on December 6th. It will be free for those who have purchased the limited edition and about $15 for those who have not. Xbox 360 and PC users will have to wait a week. No release date has been specified for a European release, but hopefully you will not have to wait too long.
